Slow is a small and easy-to-use CPU Speed Adjuster.
Ever tried to play an old game, or run an old program on a modern PC? Notice how everything runs way too fast?
This program lets you slow down your PC so that you can run all your old programs again at the speed that you require.

AGPL-Recorder:

– Recordings can be deleted from within the program itself and the AGPL-Recorder.exe quit/terminates itself.
– Text file index for the recordings can be cleaned/deleted from within the program.
– AGPL running on top of your AGPL-Recorder provides a „Record this fingerprint“ option.
– AGPL-Record can monitor other applications including if you click on a link to a website/video
– AGPL-Recorder can monitor the background activities on your computer.

The program is a very small application that runs from system start up and enables you to adjust your speed.

This program will lower your CPU speeds and limit the CPU usage within a percentage.

Installation was Ok. But does not work when running it in „Run“ option from the desktop. ( it says “ file not found“.)

Simply go to Windows/Programs/folder/file you want to adjust and run it. You can do this from any other program, but if you want to make sure it works inside the context of the window itself, it has to be run from the desktop.

Not sure what filetype you are trying to run this on?

The ‚file not found“ problem has been fixed in the new version.

This program works with a „maximum memory allowed“ trigger.

I had to use a trigger of 100% CPU.

What is this Slow Program for?
This is for people who have found themselves having to run old programs and games at a slower pace.
