How can I make Color Pad do a similar thing?

In Windows 7, you can just right-click the text color toolbar in a browser, then hit copy to copy the hex value, or simply drag the color square to a textbox and click „Paste!“
You can also just CTRL+C in Chrome to copy the hex value, which you can paste using the „Paste!“ dialog, or into a hex editor to change the hex to decimal.
This is not in any way a partial solution to the question, but I’m sure it will at least make Color Pad easier to use…
