Paint.NET is a pixel editing tool that allows you to perform common
graphics editing tasks. Paint.NET has several user-extensible
plug-in components that provide additional functionality.

There are other plug-in that do the same, most of them are in the Effects folder of Paint.NET.
If you want to use it, you have to copy it to the Effects folder of your Paint.NET installation. To do so, do the following (on Windows):

Close Paint.NET.
Extract the Grayscale+ Cracked 2022 Latest Version file from the Files folder of the ZIP package,
and copy it to the Effects folder. On a Mac, the location of the
Effects folder is usually:
~/Applications/Paint.NET/Effects

After a successful installation, you should get this pop-up message:

If the message is not displayed, then the installation was unsuccessful, then:

Close Paint.NET and try reinstalling it.

A Paint.NET plugin to turn images to grayscale while retaining the highest of their RGB values.
This plugin has 4 settings, the first three are all the same, while the last one lets you specify how much the largest of the RGB values will be. This means that the resulting image will have more of its colors represented in black or white, but still have all the vibrant colours in them.
Features:
– 4 options to control how much the largest RGB value is kept:
0: The image will have all of its colors, in all their brightness.
1: The image will have all of its colors, in all their brightness.
2: The image will have all of its colors, only 50% brightness.
3: The image will have all of its colors, only 33% brightness.
4: The image will have all of its colors, only 25% brightness.
– The settings are specified in the panels next to the effects buttons.
– The image previews can be seen as you tweak the settings.
– An optional label can be added to the grayscale section of the settings.
– Strictly saved to a temporary file.

A Paint.NET plugin that draws a textured (vibrant) logo onto an image.
This is a small and fast plugin, which can be used with images of any size. The image is processed in a small thumbnail panel, which is transparent and cannot be resized. The user can move it around and it will stay inside the original image when it is moved. You can either right-click on the thumbnail and add a label to it, or directly right-click on the thumbnail when you want to label it.
