Used the black sword 5 times and now im at elven camp. First off, for those of you who already know about Fedora Desktop Userspace Development, the screenshot you see here is taken from Synergy before it started learning about PolicyKit. For those who don’t: I’ve developed a GUI for Synergy called Synergy Proof of Concept. I plan to submit it to Fedora once it’s done. However, in the meantime, I decided to implement PolicyKit support into Synergy, turning Synergy into an RPM.
My main motivation for writing this is to test it, to see what issues exist and whether or not PolicyKit should be the default setting. At this time, I have no plans on making PolicyKit the default — though I’m sure I’ll tackle that issue at some point, along with other things. I was aiming for a release around the beginning of April, but, as usual, things happen, and I ended up waiting until the current Monday (sorry for the delay), but once released, it will always be about one week behind the latest development
