The game is currently being tested for bugs, and we are currently waiting for the countdown to start (We are working on the game full-time, and working on other games simultaneously.)

Can you release a screenshot or video that shows the “final” development?

We have not decided the “final” appearance for the game yet. We are still in the process of testing the game, and are still creating the final battle formations in the game. As we progress through development and testing, we will have a picture of the game as it will be released.

What is the release date?

We cannot announce a certain date, but for the moment, we will release the game in Japan on October 20, in North America on October 28, and in Europe on October 29th.

What languages will be supported for the final version?

We are planning on releasing the game in English, Japanese, Korean, and German.

Any news of Nintendo Switch support?

As for now, we are still working on creating a satisfactory console port. Nintendo’s timing is sometimes a little bit behind, but hopefully we will be able to release the game on the Nintendo Switch in Europe and America.

DO YOU NEED TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE RELEASE?

Because of the nature of the Japanese release, we currently do not need additional funding. However, as mentioned earlier, there are other projects that we are simultaneously working on, and if we receive additional funding, we may release games or other projects in addition to ELDREN RING.

Elden Ring X64

C ute, and well done! I am a big fan of your other work on other games, so I really want to like this one… The concept is awesome, with a deep lore. I really enjoyed the 2D illustrations, especially the ones of the companions.
The world map and getting around is well designed. The AAs seem well balanced. The idea of the companion quests is a great one – especially as it forces you to live with them. The level is decent for an MMO early on, but there is so much to unlock that it’s very doable. The merchants and NPC vendors in general seems quite well designed.
Conceptually, there are some great ideas, but there are a number of design issues that I have a problem with. You’ve gotta give me points for the new fantasy theme, but without having read the books I can’t say if this is a faithful interpretation of the legends.
1. You’ve gotta add a casting action for your spells (nephew spell slots kind of thing).
2. Your level scaling seems to be not that great. Leveling up is easy, but when compared to other games, you can reach a higher level faster.
3. There are no NPCs of certain races, and your merchant NPC just have these very ugly descriptions, which kind of hurt the immersion.
4. The companions are not really represented by the character models, but just by their portraits. I would have liked to see them play more of a part (maybe with some animations.)
5. There is the „whore“ questline, where you meet lots of prostitutes and fight the evil overlords behind them. Yeah, I know, men have a lot of disgusting thoughts about women, but this is simply not an appropriate questline for me. I know you’ve tried to be tongue-in-cheek, but it’s really starting to bother me. It’s like cringeworthy and not fun at all.
6. There are no party members, or the companions joining. This is a bit different than other MMO’s, but it is not very practical in a game where you are required to live with your companions. I get that these are you trying to give them a personality and likability, but I’m not sure how much that can work here.

I’m eager to see what you can do with this, so keep up the good work!
