Rise of the Guardians is a platforming game where you will be helping the guardian crystals to save their worlds from the evil factory machines in the futuristic space. The game features over 40 levels, 3 different worlds (with more in the future), 3 Guardians and 14 weapons. The game is developed and published by WB Games San Francisco.
Gameplay:
The player character is attacked by factory machines right after landing on the planet, the controls are simple: jump, dodge and shoot. Each level has a set of obstacles and enemies that your character must overcome with the help of over 40 different weapons. Combinations of these weapons offer an even more fluid combat experience.
The three Guardians used in the game consist of Ollie the owl, Jack Frost and Finn the Snowman. When their world needs help, they will guide you through the difficult terrain in order to complete the levels.
The story behind the game focuses on an evil rogue who’s taking over the skies and turning everything upside down. The player will be the chosen hero to take down the evil boss, Kamar-Taj.
Graphics/Art:
The game looks beautiful with lots of detail, even in the machine’s tracks, the backgrounds are filled with a stunning shades of blue and gray, elements of nature and colors from the steel factories. The characters have a nice touch of traditional and western design that brings a fun and amazing experience. The levels also offer a very nice graphical experience, especially when you use the snowballs they generate and see the level change before your eyes.
Audio:
The full soundtrack has been provided by Christopher Tin, great composer, with amazing arrangements, it presents an amazing experience as the player traverses across the 40 levels of the game. Each level brings a new style with a sonic sense of wonderment.
Game Design:
In Rise of the Guardians, the game world was fully designed in real time, at every step of the design, we took into account what we wanted to achieve, what could be improved and what could be changed. For example, when we released the first trailer, we received a lot of useful feedback from the fans, we used that feedback and implemented change after change in the game world.

VilleTown Soundtrack Features Key:

• Made to be played with a Game Boy Pocket for Nintendo and with BYTE in Portuguese. You need to play with Tengoku, other games mustn’t do any modification to the code. (The Game Boy Pocket uses the Port N)
  
• The player-character you play in this game is a pirate who has only one more life to share. (Press Start in the Game Menu to enter Tengoku. Restart the game and click Start to continue)

Remarks:

How to Play

In this version, Tengoku has been made easier to understand and played. What follows are explained:

• There is a key with the Konami logo beside the Game Boy.
• In the Game menu, select the language you want to use. Tengoku does
  not support a Native (Port) language. The original (Japanese) version runs in
  Native (Port) language only.
• Set the input device to save as you like. In the Speech menu, press start and then the Save button.

The Music and the Sounds:

• Feel like listening to a Black-Metal song while playing the game, or play classical music, and even some Earth Wind and Fire will please you.
