Keltner, of the 15000 block of Steelton Road in Celina, was driving east on North Main Street shortly after 9:40 p.m. when he collided with a van heading west on York Road. The van was being driven by a 64-year-old man.

Keltner was injured in the collision and taken by ambulance to Fairfield Community Hospital, where he was treated and released.

The van driver was not injured.

Keltner was charged with one felony count of homicide by vehicle causing death. He is scheduled for an arraignment Tuesday in Logan County Court.A 72-year-old woman from Colorado Springs was arrested for punching a BLM agent during a BLM protest in Arizona.

The Denver Post reports that the woman, who has been identified as retired nurse Judith Thompson, was arrested on Thursday after refusing to give a statement to BLM agents when questioned about why she pushed BLM agent Brian Maes after he grabbed her arm.

Maes was responding to a disturbance by BLM protesters on a road next to the checkpoint where BLM agents stopped them during a protest.

“A 32-year-old woman and a 72-year-old woman who identified themselves as retired nurses were standing by the fence and continued to walk away as BLM approached,” said Azcot Othowoto, an agent with the National Park Service. “Maes reached in and grabbed the 72-year-old woman’s arm as she turned and tried to walk away.

“She pushed him back, he grabbed her again, and that’s when she punched him.”
