We recorded ERPs from 10 subjects while they performed perspective-taking tasks under three conditions. Condition one was the normal face condition; in this condition the subjects were asked to take the perspective of a character while viewing the character’s face. Condition two was the threatening face condition; in this condition the character’s face was replaced by another face that the subjects believed to be threatening. Condition three was the normal walking condition; in this condition the character was walking while the subjects viewed the character’s face. The amplitude of the P1 (151-249ms), N170 (180-260ms), and P2 (240-350ms) components of the ERP was higher in the threatening face condition than in the normal face condition, but no differences were found between the threatening face and normal walking conditions. These results suggest that the P1, N170, and P2 components are related to the characteristics of facial stimuli, and that subjects can evaluate a person’s threat level from the face, although the visual stimuli themselves are not the same in the normal and threatening face conditions. I’m trying to use CNN in tensorflow 2 but I’m wondering how to perform a keras-style concatenation. The K.concat function does not seem to work with tensorflow 2.x

The function tf.concat() performs element-wise concatenation of tensor collections. It doesn’t do concatenation on features across batches which is what you need.
