I’ve created an extension method for ASP.NET MVC and whenever I call CreateController it gets hit by the code ctor for my MVC controller, I keep getting this error:

I already have a default public accessibility modifier for my class, and I’ve already created a method in the same.cs file for CreateController. The only way I can get this to work is to put it in the System.Web.Mvc.dll assembly. Which is a kinda bad solution, I think.
I’ve even tried putting it in the System.Web.Mvc.Design namespace, and get this error:
