Why does unordered_map key_comp not work?

Why does std::unordered_map not work with key_comp if it is not default constructor.
If I use default constructor then it is working fine.
error: no matching function for call to ‘unordered_map::unordered_map(const unordered_map&)’

However with default constructor it works fine.
I know this is not efficient but I’m curious why doesn’t key_comp work.

task-homie is a tiny utility that helps users to mask the edge of the desktop containing the taskbar and reduces the likelihood that the taskbar will move.
The application is not front-end, meaning that you do not have any interface, it just gets out of the way and use the left/right Windows key to summon the taskbar and start menu and return to the desktop if necessary.
The application itself is about 20 kb in size, works on 32-bit and 64-bit Windows 10 (starting from v1607). On Windows 7, the application also runs on 32-bit and 64-bit and works without issues.

A Workaround:
The solution I came up with is for someone that doesn’t like to use the Windows Tweak Tool.
Open the Windows Registry Editor (Regedit.exe) and navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ComDlg32\Tray\HideTaskBar
Here we could set a value to „1“ for „MinimizeTray“ or „0“ for „IsMinimizable“.
I only tested the second solution to see if it will work and I noticed the task bar does not show again.
