I am a web developer and have been doing freelance work off and on for many years. I needed a solution to send faxes from my laptop to my desktop fax machine that I have offsite.

There were many programs out there but none of them were as easy to use as Fax by Modem. It worked as advertised and let me do more important things while still being able to send and receive faxes using my laptop and desktop.

I will recommend Fax by Modem to any business that has a fax machine and wants to have it on a web page.
