Kill La Kill is a game by Max Factory where you play as Ryuko Matoi, a high school student who has been commissioned into the school’s new „National Hero’s Training Corps“ – an elite police force. Ryuko quickly learns that not all who wear the Training Corps uniform are what they seem as plans begin to unfold that will not only challenge Ryuko’s loyalties, but also the future of the country!
All-New Dungeon-Access System and Unique Weapons:
In order to pursue the Ryuko’s training in more depth, the player can now enter a brand-new world map – „Dungeon“ – that is comprised of various underground, procedurally-generated dungeons.
In these dungeons, Ryuko can advance through different classes and obtain equipment and power-ups which can only be obtained through experimentation. However, even these powerful and unique items are useless if Ryuko herself becomes lost – if this happens, Ryuko will revert to her default state and be forced to start from her last checkpoint.
It takes a lot of trial and error to find and master all of the weapon and armor Ryuko encounters in these dungeons, but what makes these fights so challenging is that players will need to learn to anticipate their enemies‘ moves. More often than not, the enemies will attack using a strategy that will be radically different from any encounters in the main game.
„Changes“ Features:
If all of this sounds a little bit „busy“ or „overwhelming“ to you, that’s because it is! Your goal is to become the greatest hero the world has ever seen, and the thousands of small puzzles scattered around Kill La Kill’s world are set up so that you will find yourself doing a lot of trial and error.
You’ll be faced with such things as „Enter the Combat Simulator“, „Play as Emilia“, „Perform a Rampart with Maxim“. If that sounds overwhelming, you can always take a break and relax a bit! Or maybe you’ll find yourself getting a little bit „tough“ and starting to enjoy your time in Kill La Kill!
Plus, the closer Ryuko advances into the game, the more „changes“ will pop up. Maybe an NPC will start talking with you? Maybe there will be some new equipment for you to find? Who knows what will come up next?!

    The world of the Paths of History series is called the “World Without Borders”. It is a series of twenty games featuring the player as the character who must learn to adapt to different time and place.

    Hello ladies and gentlemen. Thanks for reading my games again. You’ve been a great patience. I appreciate all of your messages and reviews in my previous games. There were some requests for a real world Japan, so I created a branch of “Reisen des langen Landes” (Paths of History: European Path). It was an unexpected addition. It took some time to write, but all in all, I had a good time working on it, and I’m happy that it’s finally here.

    Now, the developers of “Ostalgie”, “Changes” and “Greatest Overseas” won’t have to wait a lot longer. In the case of “Ostalgie”, I did it to provide more immersive world for the player. But in the case of “Changes” and “Greatest Overseas”, I’ve added new bonuses.

    As many of you already know, I’ve said time and again that I’ve done all kinds of things with the “World Without Borders”. I’ve done something new with this DLC, and I thought the feeling of it is not even similar to the other titles of the series.

    So it’s not a remake of an existing game. It’s the first game of its kind in the history of the Paths of History series. I hope you’ll like it.

    Ostalgie is coming out for PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Steam on April 16th. We’re truly excited to bring you a new title in the Paths of History series.

    It’s worth noting that Ostalgie won’t be a free download. It will be bundled with the “Greatest Overseas” DLC as a pack. Ostalgie DLC will also receive a visual upgrade compared to the “Greatest Overseas” DLC.

    Why am I getting a stack overflow exception when I try to delete a string?

    I am attempting to delete the last character from a string that is within a list, but when I use the remove method of the list I get a StackOverflowException. My code is as follows:
    public void deleteLast(List list)
    {
    String temp = list.get(list.size()-1);
    list.remove(list.size()-1);
    temp.remove(temp.length()-1);
    }

    So I am trying to remove the last character of the string in the list, however when I run this code I get a stack overflow. I am really confused why this is happening. I am not attempting to remove an element from the list, but instead am trying to remove the last character of the string. Thanks for the help.

    A:

    When you pass in a list, and this list is very long, you are not accessing the list object but the list elements in that object (which is obviously a deep copying of that list). And when you remove the last element from the list, it will delete elements before that one too, which will create a circular reference and crash the application.
    The simple solution is to make sure the list is the same size when you delete. If not, delete and make it the same size (this is one of the characteristics of ArrayList).
