About This Game:
The Pulsar War has raged across the many planets of the Quadrant for centuries, as the imperial military advances into a solar system engulfed in a pocket of a dying star.
You are a Captain in the Airforce, living on a base way out in space on a lonely outpost that is surrounded by a perimeter fence. A few thousand kilometers away, beyond the defense perimeter is the battle zone. In this zone is where you will lead your mercenaries in a fight for the power of the Empire.Your objective is to help manage the defense forces of your Empire, to invade enemy worlds and to help progress the human race to the next phase of his dominion. A single defeat of a regimental commander is enough to start a chain of events that will force your Empire to retreat and to surrender.

The scenarios offer quite unique gameplay. At the beginning, players assume the role of Flink McWinter. He is trying to break into the wizard’s house to get his Fire Ledger. His strategy is simple: get the key from the lock, open the window and jump in. Flink needs the key to do this. The key is inside a chest, which is kept in a room in the basement. There, he learns that the wizard has since returned and has set up a booby-trapped room in the basement. To overcome this he is required to find a way to enter the booby-trapped room and break into the chest. The key is kept in the chest by the wizard. How can Flink get it?
For unlocking the door to get into the wizard’s house, Flink finds that the wizard is at the moment staying at his uncle’s house. Flink is invited for supper and drinks. The next day, he heads back to the wizard’s house to get his key to open the lock. The key is not there. He enters the booby-trapped room. He finds another chest with a lock. The lock has an impenetrable lock, but there is a hole in the box. The wizard has placed a crystal which is kept in an inaccessible place. There is a rope in the room, which Flink uses to go up and get the crystal. With this, Flink opens the lock. The wizard now has a crystal of his own and is now able to open any lock in the house.
Flink breaks into the chest in the wizard’s house. In it, he finds the Fire Ledger. It is encrusted with fire crystals, which react to the wizard’s magic. He now has the Fire Ledger and is now ready to leave. On the way, he runs into the wizard. The wizard is carrying the Fire Ledger and gives it back to Flink. Flink and the wizard then head off to another adventures together.
The storyline of each of these scenarios is full of subplots and situations. The characters have to overcome obstacles and solve puzzles. The storyline is enriched with characters and dialogues that are just like the game.
